Looking for a fresh, holistic approach to fitness that energizes your body and calms your mind?
Come try SLIMAGE, a one-of-a-kind exercise class offered right here, for FREE, at the school gymnasium.
It is an intellectual and body-aware approach tomovement which I first encountered and taught in New Orleans.
It blends elements of yoga, Pilates, balance and control exercises, Shiatzu, deep stretching, and chatty fun.
Each session is thoughtfully choreographed to music with each movement flowing seamlessly into the next. We try to hit all the muscle groups one normally doesn’t use in every day life.
We end each class with a short relaxation period leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.
This hour-long class is designed to engage and awaken your entire body- from facial muscles to fingers, hand, feet and toes.
We even include Kegel exercises – because no muscle should be left behind! My goal is to touch on every body part in each class promoting strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

Estes school gym – Since school has resumed, we’re not permitted in the school gym till the end of the school day.
