Campers will enjoy a Marine Debris Program that connects environmental stewardship with real world action. Campers will explore the impact of debris on Lake Erie, giving them a chance to explore the shoreline while learning how to care for our Great Lakes.
Wild Animals Up Close
Educators from the Toledo Zoo will introduce campers to incredible wild animals while teaching about conservation, adaptations, and how we can help protect wildlife.
Birds of the Island & Beyond Naturalist from Erie Metroparks will
guide campers through bird focused activities, helping kids learn to observe, identify and appreciate the many feathered visitors that call the Lake Erie region home.
Trees & Unique Habitats
The Ohio Division of Wildlife will lead engaging lessons on trees, forest ecosystems and the special habitats that makes Kelleys Island such an important natural area.
